Affirmations this week-
“ I stand grounded in all areas of my life. My spirit is steadfast moving toward what is truth and love. I am balanced.”
Body Detox for meditation-
On waking– 1 glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice
Breakfast– an apple fruit smoothie, use apple juice, banana, and small bowl of fruit of your chose. fresh fruit: apple, kiwi, berries and grapes
Mid morning– a glass of water and 2 oat crackers on hummus.
Lunch– grilled fish, brown rice and large salad
Mid Afternoon snack– a glass of water, 2 oat crackers and hummus
Supper– basil and tomato soup, an ear of corn with olive oil drizzle on top.
Before bed– chamomile tea
Heart Exercise-
1. What is your intention for today’s session?
2. What is one thing you can do to feel more balance in this pose? In life?
3. What did you learn from your practice today you can take off of the mat and live by this week?
4. What will you let go of this week to connect back to Spirit and balance?
